About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life can become overwhelming and it is helpful to talk to someone who can help you find your own way. My role as counsellor is not to advise you but to question the way you see things, react to situations or how you are in relationships and, through working together in our therapy, it will hopefully help you to develop new strategies in dealing with these life struggles.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP),  I have over 16 years experience and have worked in various agencies with adults and children in charity based agencies, and schools.

I currently work from three different rooms: Upminster, Grays, and also Corringham. Each room is very different and offers a comfortable and confidential environment offering short or long term one-to-one sessions.
