About me and my therapy practice
I understand how daunting it can feel searching for a counsellor and not quite knowing what you need or what will work for you.
There are times when we all struggle to cope and reaching out for support can feel really challenging. Sometimes we just need the time and space to work through what is happening in our lives with someone who can provide the support that we need.
I work in a relational way, where I aim to provide you with a warm, genuine, and non- judgemental space to share your feelings. I believe that our relationship is at the core of the work that we do together, so it is important that you feel comfortable and accepted.
If you have any questions or would like a free initial telephone consultation, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have previously worked as a counsellor for a bereavement support charity and have experience of supporting a range of people with different issues.
I am positive about neurodiversity and in a previous role supported autistic and disabled adults with mental health issues.
