About me and my therapy practice
You may be seeking therapy for the first time and it can be daunting to know where to start. A good question to ask is: What should I look for in a therapist? It is essential to know the therapist is affiliated with a Professional Body.
I love helping people maximise their potential.
My journey into hypnotherapy and counselling started from my 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse. Over my many years of working with a wide variety of people, especially with Oncology patients, I became very aware of how easy it is for our thoughts to think negatively and how this then impacts on our behaviour and our health. Becoming a therapist has enabled me, to help my clients move forward from these self-defeating beliefs.
By exploring what you want to achieve out of therapy, I can help you challenge your beliefs and realise that you can obtain your goals.
