About me and my therapy practice
I am offering both face to face as well as online counselling and psychotherapy. I work with both long and short term clients who come for support and understanding. I aim to improve self worth with a more positive attitude by working through difficulties. I support clients with anxiety, loss, relationship problems or traumas through patience and understanding. I welcome new clients and offer digital world wide support.
I believe the body and the mind are closely connected and I try to integrate how lifestyle and mood are affected and how small changes can make a difference.

I hope to join you on your journey of self discovery and awareness and improve your perception of yourself. We then book follow up sessions if you are happy with this and continue a therapeutic and healing journey together.
