About me and my therapy practice

Due to Covid 19, I am now offering online counselling  and psychotherapy through zoom or face time and also telephone counselling. I use the same 50 minute time frame work and this is working well.

This allows counselling to come to you in the safety of your own home. 

Practice description

I work on a one to one basis and listen with compassion and empathy to what it is that brings you to therapy. I encourage you to say how you are feeling without being  judged to allow you to manage past negative beliefs and move on in a more positive way. 

My first session

The first session is an introductory session where you can bring whatever it is  you are experiencing, whether it is a sudden crisis or more of a long term problem. You can see how you feel  talking about things maybe for the first time and from there we can plan to meet on a regular basis. Nothing is too small to bring.

About me and my therapy practice

 I work on a one-to-one basis and listen with compassion and empathy to what it is that brings you to therapy. Everything we discuss is confidential bringing relief  to talk to someone, sometimes for the first time, without being judged. I believe that being understood can be a large step towards recovery from low self-esteem and other symptoms.  Nothing is too small to bring as everyone goes through difficult times and it is good to talk.

Practice description

I am working online using zoom and finding it practical and efficient allowing therapy can come to you in the comfort of your own home.

My first session

My first session is an introductory session where you can  see how you feel as we  work together. I listen to what brings you to therapy and give you the space and time to explore difficulties, and why you are feeling as you do. I hope to join you on your journey of self discovery and awareness and improve your perception of yourself. We  then book  follow up sessions if you are happy with this and continue a therapeutic and healing journey together.
