Practice description
I work on a one to one basis and listen with compassion and empathy to what it is that brings you to therapy. I encourage you to be yourself and notice how you feel without being judged. This helps manage past negative beliefs and allows you to move on in a more positive way.
My first session
The first session is an introductory session where you can bring whatever it is you are experiencing, whether it is a sudden crisis or a long term problem. I listen with empathy and compassion as we plan to focus on specific issues as they arise. Each week something new tends to shift and nothing is too small to bring.

Practice description
I work from a quiet practice in Kensington where you are welcomed into a charming room conveniently situated between Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street. I also see clients online using zoom which is practical and efficient allowing therapy to come to you in the comfort of your own home. Timings can also be more flexible.
My first session
My first session is an introductory session where you can see how you feel as we work together. I listen to what brings you to therapy and give you the space and time to explore difficulties, and why you are feeling as you do. Maybe there are better tools you could use to manage these and become more aware when you need them. I hope to join you on your journey of self discovery and awareness and improve your perception of yourself. We then follow up with weekly sessions if you are happy and continue a therapeutic and healing journey together. There is no quick fix but there is progress once you become more aware of your triggers and healing can then begin.
