About me and my therapy practice
As well as therapy, I also offer food coaching. This is perfect for anyone struggling with their weight or battling unhealthy eating habits. This is something that can help if you've tried many different diets and lifestyles, but still find yourself failing or not making any significant progress. It may also be a good thing to try if you have found yourself in a cycle of sugar/junk food addiction.
It's an approach that dives deep into the psychology of eating habits, as well as the relationship between our cognition and food.
This is not nutritional advice, but rather coaching focused on psychological techniques helping individuals to implement healthy eating habits, change their relationship to food and potentially deal with any obstacles such as emotional eating.
