About me and my therapy practice
Feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed or distressed? It's at times like this that talking to a professional can help. I continue to offer safe, non-judgemental therapy via telephone or online video to help you overcome problems and improve your quality of life.
I have extensive experience in supporting clients to move on from trauma, disabling anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. Together we will build a strong, safe, non-judgemental relationship where we can work through your problems together and find your way forward.
I am genuinely interested, engaged and supportive throughout our journey together. I am warm, compassionate, perceptive and honest. My clients tell me I am easy to talk to and have a good sense of humour which they find helpful, especially when things are tough.
I know that you may feel worried about talking openly about difficult experiences and feelings so we will find the right process together. Whilst sensitive to your pace, sessions are purposeful and mindful of what you want to achieve. Choosing a counsellor to work with is not easy so I offer an initial free consultation before you commit to anything.
In these very difficult times I continue to offer therapy via telephone or zoom (similar to skype but with better security). If you’re interested in finding out more, please get in touch.
