About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling, overwhelmed or feeling you have lost your way? I can offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to help you unravel your difficulties. I am a qualified counsellor, mediator and former City executive with more than 30 years’ experience in a variety of settings.
My therapy is tailored exclusively to you. My approach is contemporary and relational, but rooted in the best psychodynamic traditions. This means that we will look at your past as well as your present with the aim of creating long-lasting change and a happier and more fulfilling future.
Practice description
I offer both short and long-term work, depending on individual need.
I work with adults from 18 to 80-plus who may be experiencing:
- Anxiety
- Relationship and family issues
- Bereavement and loss

- Disability
- ADHD and autism difficulties
- Trauma
Concessions are sometimes available.
