About me and my therapy practice

Hi I am Pete Lambert

I am neurodiverse myself and find this helpful as can work in many ways.

I have gained a specialism in Autism which allows me to work with people on the Spectrum.

I use many different styles of therapy to tailor to your needs. I am approachable, I have worked within mental health since 2005.

During this time I have worked in acute wards , community and more recently CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services)

I now have found my niche as a Counsellor using my knowledge and being able to work with all ages.

Practice description

You can expect an approachable, genuine , knowledgeable Counsellor with a wide range of therapies and theories.

I have dyslexia and also have Autism his allows me to work with neurological conditions Autism and Adhd.

My first session

My first session will be an assessment, I charge the same rate as we develop a rapport and identify what your goals or thoughts you would like to accomplish through our collaborative journey.
