Practice description

I have over 20 years experience working in Children’s Services, Schools and the NHS, engaging with and supporting people who may at times feel lost, stuck or overwhelmed with the challenges life can present.

My long career in public service has given me a deep compassion for people's experiences and led me to a career in therapy. I offer a genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental counseling relationship, creating a safe space to allow you to feel comfortable to express and explore your true self and any problems you may be experiencing.

My first session

Prior to any therapy beginning, I offer a free 20 minute consultation in which we will explore your needs, how I can best support you and agree a rate should you wish to book further sessions with me.
