Welcome, my name is Daniel, I specialise in working with anxiety, depression and Complex Mental Health Difficulties. I offer a place to talk about it, where suffering and turmoil can lead to insight, empowerment, problem solving, self-acceptance and a freedom to choose your own path and constructively manage your life experiences.
Your reason for seeking psychological support is unique and will likely be associated to past or present experiences. In therapy you can speak of painful struggles, explore overwhelming emotions and begin to make sense of your inner world. It is through this process that confusion can be confronted; deep self- knowledge can develop, trauma can be healed and the self can be set free.

My Therapeutic approach
Having worked in both the NHS IAPT and Crisis Team I have developed a unique set of skills to help individuals who are experiencing depression and complex mental health difficulties.
Suffering is often located in difficulties and struggles with personal relationships. I am dedicated to helping you live your best life by develop health relationship with both yourself and others.
As you explore and learn about your inner world you will become more able to express your emotional needs. You will begin to feel less depressed isolated, anger and alone as you develop self-awareness, communication skills and a great capacity for emotional connection and intimacy.
I am an Existential-Analytic Psychotherapist. More specifically, I am someone who ignites change and helps individuals move towards a positive self- image, healthy relationships and a more gratifying life.

Each session last for 50minutes. While I offer both short and long term therapy the duration varies in accordance with individual needs.
This low cost small therapeutic group for depression and anxiety meets online via zoom on a Wednesday at 10:30am. It is an opportunity to work on your mental health by becoming part of a rewarding and supportive group with others who are experiencing similar difficulties.
Intensive one to one psychotherapy is the perfect way to set aside time to focus completely upon you and your emotional wellbeing. It is a highly effective way of addressing a range of difficulties over a shorter period of time. This unique Psychotherapy Programme takes place over the duration of for 3 days. It includes 12 individual Psychotherapy session (4 per day) that will help you develop personal insights in to your mental health difficulties, relationships dynamics and psychological wellbeing.
