I offer face-to-face sessions in my therapy room in central Wimbledon, close to the train, tube and tram station. Alternatively we can meet in the local park, where we can walk and talk.
Online therapy works well too, using Zoom or Skype.
Sessions are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
Booking times are flexible.
About me and my therapy practice
If you in emotional distress and need help, I am here. Maybe it's anxiety, depression, a work or relationship problem, a loss or bereavement. Sharing it and being heard without judgement, can really help. As a problem-solving counsellor, I will work with you to find a better way forward.
I help clients make sense of their relationships and the struggles they have had so far. Many of my clients are going though the major life events, significant birthdays and are wondering, how did I get here? Why am I feeling this way? What does my future hold?
Often there is conflict in the family with emotional "musts" and "shoulds" bringing guilt, shame and distress.
I am here to help you find ways to live comfortably and confidently; to find some sort of peace with yourself and others and become the person you want to be.
I listen with empathy and no judgement, but together we can explore your past, be curious about what you learned about yourself, to see if anything back then is getting in the way of your happiness now.
I have been in private practice for five years and before that I worked within the NHS and with local and national charities, who offer therapy across a wide range of issues.

To start with, let's talk on the phone and you can tell me briefly what is going on for you and I can check that I can help you.
If you're ready to proceed we'll book in a session and you can begin to share your situation with me. As we get to know each other, we can set goals on which issues you want to tackle first.
