I am a qualified & registered counsellor & I currently offer face to face, as well as online or telephone sessions.I utilise, person-Centred, CBT& Psychodynamic therapy .I tailor the therapy to meet the needs & issues of the client . I provide confidential, non- judgmental therapy for adults, couples and family support . I have experience working with bereavement, grief& loss, including infant loss, building self - confidence, stress, anxiety, depression & anger management.
