Hi have capacity for 2 more clients. My working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 4pm. And Monday evenings.
About me and my therapy practice
Have you had enough of the difficulties stress and anxiety are causing in your life?
Performing at work / business
Relationship Difficulties
Not being the parent you want to be
Unable to enjoy life because of the worrying
Struggling to go out
Unable to settle at home
Not maintaining friendships
Sleeping difficulties
Over or under eating
Unintended weight loss or weight gain
Drinking too much
Unexplained aches and pains
Digestive upsets in times of worry
Relentlessly recurring thoughts
Clients often say how relieved they feel just to be able to tell someone impartial, exactly what they're feeling. To hear themselves say it out loud.
People find comfort in the structured, evidence-based way we work, which focusses on the goals that they choose to prioritise.
And finally, understanding what lies behind their difficulties, helps clients to feel empowered to continue to attend to their anxiety and exhaustion after our sessions have ended.
Do you feel ready to look at these difficulties with some kindness to find new ways to approach them? If you feel the time is right to start the work, book an initial phone or online consultation to allow us to explore your needs.
You can lean on my in-depth experience gained through work with The Centre of Therapy Glasgow, CRUSE Scotland Bereavement Care and Pregnancy Care and Counselling Scotland.
Mindfulness training and extensive change management experience underpins the structured ways we can approach your suffering with compassion.
Let’s explore your current reality as it is, and then plan for the way you want your new life to be.
Practice description
Let's do these online sessions without leaving your home or your office.
During our initial free consultation, I'll ask you about the difficulty you want to work with and you'll have the chance to ask any questions that you might have.
Once we've started working together we'll agree how many sessions we think are necessary to achieve appropriate progress and we'll review that regularly.
Weekly sessions offer the continuity that helps to achieve the best outcomes.
My first session
The initial 30 minute consultation is free. This allows us to understand what the work is you would like to do, and gives you a chance to ask any questions that my profile does not answer.
The first full session (60mins) includes some assessment, discussion about the structure and boundaries of future sessions and a chance for you to explore your hopes and fears for our work together.
