About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking a look at my profile
I qualified as a humanistic counsellor in 2016, and have experience of working with children, young people and adults in schools, colleges and within the community.
I have 10 years experience of working in the mental health sector as a support worker/healthcare assistant for MIND, Let's Talk Well Being Service (IAPT), Rethink, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and Women's Aid Integrated Services (working with children in refuge).
As a counsellor my aim is to provide individuals with a warm, welcoming, and non judgemental environment where clients can feel safe to explore and understand their own struggles and how they affect their day to day life.
