About me and my therapy practice

I work with qualified counsellors and also welcome professionals from social work and mental health who regularly engage in complex emotionally challenging case work. I have always valued my own supervision time, so aim to provide an enjoyable experience which you leave feeling lighter; one where you feel comfortable to reflect at depth, to learn and develop.

I've been qualified for 14yrs. and prior to private practice supervised therapeutic teams in working firstly with younger adults in residential therapeutic placements, then for 12yrs in a children & families service. My main interest is trans-generational trauma and how we might intervene to stop this cycle.

As such, although I counsel only over 16yr olds. I regularly deliver training to professionals who work with children to understand the impact of broken attachments and trauma, of parental substance misuse, and to build resilience in children & young people.

Practice description

I have the same trauma informed integrative approach to supervision as I do my therapy work, combining flexibility with great care and respect for the therapist.

Fee for clinical supervision is £70 for 90 minutes or £55 for 60 minutes.
