About me and my therapy practice
Conversations about mental health and emotional pain can sometimes feel daunting. You may be feeling lost, misunderstood or even afraid of being judged.
Counselling offers a great opportunity for us to explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings in a safe way. This enables you to understand what you are going through from different perspectives.
I have experience of working with individuals from different backgrounds, having worked with a mental health charity and the NHS.
