About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering sessions for a wide range of issues including loss, identity, relationship problems, low mood and addictions. You may not know what you want to talk about, just that you need some help, and that's OK too.
I offer confidential, individual face-to-face and online therapy (I'm in Chichester), and would like to help you explore things and hopefully make some sense of it all.
I additionally trained and worked for a few years in addictions services (drug and alcohol) and have experience of working in a short-term, solution-focused and goal oriented way if this is helpful.
At the first introductory/ assessment session we can work out if you would like to continue and sometimes, whether there is more specialist support which might suit you better.
My first session
For your first session we can do a shorter one to meet and see if we will be a good match to work together (half-hour session, £25). Otherwise you are welcome to book in for a full 50 minutes.
We will run through why you would like counselling, what you're hoping to get out of it and the way you would like to approach our time together.
