About me and my therapy practice
Hi,
I’m Kasia Cole. In this unusual time I see clients via Zoom, Skype or FaceTime. I specialise in application of short 8-16 session therapies, supporting individuals and couples. My sessions are adopted for you to relax, off-load, heal and make sense of what is going on inside of you.
What can you expect? Clear time frame. Clear guidance. Clear goals. Guidance - to improve in the shortest possible time. Sensitivity. You will be seen by a therapist who creates warm and non-judgmental space where healing with self is possible. My particular areas of experience includes relationships difficulties, sexuality, anxieties, working with fear, depression, abuse, PTSD, trauma, terminal illness, long COVID and pain management.
You will be able to experience a positive sense of self and the ability to effectively regulate your own emotions.
I am also genuinely committed to supporting individuals and couples in transforming their relationships. My goal is to create safe and warm space for you where a deeper level of understanding and responsiveness is possible.
You will be seen by an experienced psychotherapist educated to MSc in psychotherapy and MSc in research into human development and with Grad.Certif in Couple Counselling. I worked at the London School of Economics, Mind, Marriage Care and Tavistock Relationships. As an academic I connect extensive research on what works therapeutically with your unique situation. My clinic is a registered service provider for Aetna Global, Aviva, AXA PPP, Healix and Vitality.
I have been working in mental health sector since 2008 first as a special educational needs and disability teacher. I decided to retrain as a psychotherapist in 2009 because I needed to understand what makes a relationship and a family truly happy. Please have a browse on my website and you are very welcome to email me if you have any questions.
