About me and my therapy practice
Hi,
I’m Kasia Cole and I’m Relationship and Trauma Therapist. I specialise in application of short 8-16 session therapies and long term psychotherapy, supporting individuals and couples with families. Sessions with me are adopted for you to relax, off-load, heal, make sense of what is going on inside of you and to find your balance.
What can you expect? Clear time frame. Clear guidance. Clear goals. Guidance - to improve in the shortest possible time. Sensitivity.
In Individual Sessions the main focus is to help you discover or reconnect with your inner safety, meaning and resilience, whether you experienced trauma, abuse, grooming, severe physical or emotional pain, relationship or work troubles. You may experience sexual identity difficulties, anxiety and depression, prenatal/postnatal mood disorders, or you simply cannot reconnect with your inner safety and peace but you don’t know why. This is a journey of transformation to recover the unique sense of self, transforming your pain into meaning and into your unique way.
Once you have found the way to your ‘Inner Home’, I’ll assist you, throughout the process of transformative counselling, with building resources in order to stay resilient and to walk the path that is unique to you.
I am an experienced psychotherapist educated to MSc in psychotherapy and MSc in research into human development and with Grad.Certif in Couple Counselling. I worked as a counsellor at the London School of Economics, Mind, Marriage Care and Tavistock Relationships. As an academic I connect extensive research on what works therapeutically with your unique situation.
I have been working in mental health sector since 2008, first as a special educational needs and disability teacher. I decided to retrain as a psychotherapist in 2009 because I wanted to learn how to BALANCE affect, emotions and thought processes, mine and others. Please have a browse on my website and you are very welcome to email me if you have any questions.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi,
I'm Kasia Cole and I offer integrative and psychodynamic supervision and short term top-up therapy for counsellors and psychotherapists.
Supervision
As a member of BACP Spirituality I warmly welcome counsellors and psychotherapists who are familiar with the process of counselling with the Spirit.
Most of my supervisees focus on delivering integrative therapy to their clients which is very often time limited.
My support includes thinking about your case dynamics, about the treatment and techniques that you offer, ensuring that whatever I suggest is congruent with your style.
Supervision with me is collaborative, supportive and resembles a partnership when a deeper discernment is possible.
‘Supervision offers us the opportunity to become present to that moment of awareness, to slow down so that the wound, disturbance of disconnection that seems to be breaking everything and us apart, is, instead, the road back home.’ (Wilmot, J., Passionate Supervision)
Top-up Therapy
I offer short term and time limited top-ups for counsellors and psychotherapists who would like to consider integrating their skills and style with a non-dual meditation. In practice this means that you will think about how to integrate your meditation, bodily sensations, emotions and images into your therapeutic practice. You will focus on how to expand your resilience and interweave compassion and kindness into your style. More importantly, you will be learning how to work with affect that lingers in your body after sessions and how to transform it.
With time you practice should come to you more effortlessly and with a deeper meaning and a deeper connection to your inner resources.
Best wishes, Kasia
