About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally qualified, BACP registered psychotherapist, working with individuals who may struggle with a variety of issues. I offer a warm, supportive and safe environment where we can explore what is going on in your life. Working together we can look at the issues and find alternative ways of dealing with them.
I am sensitive to how difficult it might be to share things with a stranger, so I work to create an atmosphere of trust within the room. As the therapeutic work develops, hopefully it would become easier for you to share and further strengthen our relationship.
I have a number of years experience working with persons suffering from but not limited to, Anxiety, Depression, Shame, Sexual Dysfunction, Sexuality, Gender Dysphoria, Relationship Issues, Workplace Bullying and Substance Abuse.
I offer both short and long term therapy depending on your needs and circumstances. (Short 12 sessions; Long 1year and up to 2 with review)
My way of helping is not to tell you what is right or wrong or to direct you on what to do, no one is really qualified to do so. Instead, I offer a space for you to lay out your issues, work towards understanding what is going on and together we find a new way forward.
Working with me will allow you the space to express what is going on for you in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
I work in two locations:
• 45 Central Street, London, EC1V 8AB
(Closest station – Old Street and Barbican). This is not wheelchair accessible
• 74-80 Upper Tooting Road, London, SW17 7PB
(Closest station – Tooting Bec) . This is wheelchair accessible
