About me and my therapy practice

Firstly, thank you for visiting my profile.

I am an integrative trained counsellor - Integrative therapy is a form of therapy that integrates different forms of psychotherapy, for example, CBT, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred therapy. I believe that one glove does not fit all and what works for one person may not work another.

As well as my work in private practice I also work for the Priory as an Addictions Therapist.

I offer tailored therapy sessions based on your individual needs.
