About me and my therapy practice
I have over twenty years experience as a counsellor, supervisor and manager in Universities and Charities. My approach is integrative in that I consider the impact of early experiences on later development, that there are certain facets of life that all human beings have to engage with and that the quality of our relationships is of paramount importance, particularly the one we have with ourselves.
I am interested in everybody, particularly those of us who find ourselves at the interface of different cultures, lifestyles and identities.
My different roles in teams and organisations have given me a systemic perspective on groups and the development of a reflective practice style of supervision.
My first session
The first conversation whether by phone, online or in person is free of charge and lasts about half an hour, it's our opportunity to meet, ask questions and find out if what I offer is likely to be useful to you.
