About me and my therapy practice

I trained as psychotherapeutic counsellor at Re-Vision in London and I offer Integrative Transpersonal counselling. This means I use a variety of approaches and that my work is underpinned by a soulful perspective, supporting the human search for destiny and meaning as much as healing from the wounds of the past.

I worked in mental health for 15years and am experienced in supporting people through intense and overwhelming mental and emotional difficulties and trauma. I am currently offering bereavement counselling in a local hospice as well as working with young people with mental health problems at University.

I have a particular interest in working with issues of difference and social injustice within a therapeutic setting. I also care deeply for the environment have experience helping people who are struggling to process the climate/ biodiversity crisis and/ or who are suffering from trauma or burn-out linked with their environmental activism.

I fully abide by the BACP codes of ethics.

I work in Brighton, in the Queens Park area.
