About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Counsellor, who is committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I will help you to explore difficult thoughts and feelings you may be experiencing. I will not judge you or tell you what to do but will encourage you to talk about what is going on and explore what you are feeling, so we can work together to identify ways of coping.

I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.

Practice description

I work from a home office, located in the village of Silchester which is close to Tadley, Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke, and within easy reach of North Hampshire and West Berkshire. There is ample parking on the driveway.

My first session

The first session is via telephone, is free and lasts for 30 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other, for me to understand what has brought you to counselling and for us to determine whether we would be able to work together.

If we decide to continue, sessions last for 50 minutes and are charged at £50.
