About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor, I work with individuals and couples/dyads supporting people to address a wide range of personal issues. I am committed to working with integrity, honesty and equality.

The counselling process allows you to choose between working short term on a particular issue, or over a longer period, providing the opportunity to explore deeper aspects present in your life. We will work collaboratively, understanding what is being brought to the room and making sense of it together in an environment of safety and respect. In our work together you are encouraged to develop a self awareness and a capacity for a fuller sense of you. This will improve your relationship/connection to Self and significant others. By deepening your understanding and care for yourself, perspectives can broaden- loosening the bolts on personal narratives or beliefs and creating room and opportunities for a different experience.

Advanced Diploma- Intersubjective Approaches to Relational Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Diploma- Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling Level 5

B.A. Hons Fine Art Painting- Chelsea School of Art and Design

In addition to my private client work I have worked in agency settings that include: SARSAS- a specialist sexual violence service, Bristol.

My current fee is £50 per hour- and £75 dyad/couples

Sessions at The Cheap Street Rooms are centrally located in Frome with lots of nearby parking.

Practice description

I am seeing clients Face to Face from my practice in Frome and online via Zoom.

I have a number of lower fee sessions available, please ask whether I currently have any available if you are on a lower income.

Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and an hour for dyads/ couples.

My first session

An introductory session is offered once a mutually agreed day and session time can suit both parties. Sessions are on the same day and time each week and fortnightly sessions can be agreed upon in some cases.

We will be talking through what is bringing you here now and deciding whether I am what you are looking for.
