About me and my therapy practice
Are your anxieties holding you back from living the life you want? Are you exhausted and lacking confidence? Maybe you would like to feel more in control and confident in yourself. I work with people like you and together we aim to make positive changes so that you can start to feel more in control of your life. If you are struggling to understand your thoughts feelings and behaviours then counselling can help you deal with these issues and help to manage the impact on your mental health and allow you the space to explore your emotions.
I have a warm caring approach and will work with you to find a way forward that is best for you in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Everyone is unique and therapy is different for every person and I will work with you to combine the most effective therapy for your individual needs.
I understand it can be difficult asking for help, but it is also a brave and life changing choice to make. I understand from my own personal therapy about the day to day challenges we can face as individuals, and how our emotions can sometimes affect the choices we make in life.
