About me and my therapy practice

I offer Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and counselling. I have a consulting room in Peckham (Burgess Park), London SE15 and I also work within Central London at Waterloo. I offer a secure and confidential setting in which to talk about whatever issues may be troubling you – whether it is anxiety, depression, repeating patterns of behaviour, addictions, problems in relationships, bereavement and loss, long term emotional difficulties, or a lack of fulfilment or sense of meaning in life. Often a crisis or serious life event wakes us up to the need to deal with our issues and the suffering they cause us and others. Sometimes we are just sick and tired of being sick and tired. What is it that is hurting? What do you want to change? What keeps getting in the way? Is there something in me that needs attending to? What am I frightened of? What keeps me lonely? Why do I keep doing this? Why can't I be happy? By unlocking the answers to these questions, new ways of living and loving can be found and different possibilities can emerge, thus helping you to arrive at a new place. Doors can be unlocked and different perspectives can emerge that perhaps previously seemed unavailable.
