About me and my therapy practice
My approach is warm, empathic, non-judgemental and respectful. I provide a confidential and safe space for you to explore your emotions and life experiences so you can start to understand your feelings and why you may be feeling lost or confused about something in your life that you'd like to change.
I am an integrative therapist with previous experience of working in GP practice and charity settings. I hold a BSc Honours in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I use an integrative approach, drawing from the psychodynamic and existential theories, to provide a confidential and safe space for you to explore your emotions and life experiences, and start to understand your feelings and perhaps why you may be feeling lost or confused and ultimately seeking therapy.
I can conduct sessions in English or Polish, and work with all ethnicities and gender groups.
