About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile you have taken the first steps to improving your health and well-being.
I can offer you a safe place to talk about anything that is preventing you from moving on with your life without any judgement and where you can feel comfortable and take things at your own pace. I can help to empower you to move on with your life and be happier within yourself and the world around you.
I know the hardest thing is to reach out and talk to someone and you're probably feeling scared, however it is a step you will not regret and I do offer a half price first session to see if you feel this is going to be for you so no obligation to proceed any further if you don't think it is going to be for you.
I have worked in the addiction field for the last 13 years working with various presenting issues during this time and two year ago I decided to start my own practice. I have three years experience as a Bereavement Counsellor for a local charity. I have experience of doing EAP work (Employment assist programme) which is Solution Brief Focused Therapy.
I offer an holistic approach with various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Person centred.
I offer qualified Counsellors and student Counsellors monthly supervision.
I offer concessionary rates for benefits, low income and students, get in touch to discuss.
Practice description
I am based in Ferryhill and have my own therapy room at the rear of my property which is warm and welcoming and I will make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
My first session
The first session is half price and no contracts will be exchanged at this point so you have no obligation to come back if you feel I am not the right Therapist for you.

Practice description
I qualified as a CBT based Counsellor in 2009 and qualified as a Counselling Supervisor in 2014.
I provide Counselling Supervision to both Qualified counsellors and student counsellors.
£60 for 1.5 hours per calender month for Qualified counsellors or £45 for 1.5 hours per calender month for students
I am happy to do this over the telephone, zoom or face to face in my therapy room based at the rear of my property in Ferryhill.
