About me and my therapy practice
I offer a helping hand to adults in crisis. The crisis may vary from one person to the next, from relationship problems to redundancy, from bereavement to bullying, but if you are feeling anxious or lonely, isolated and invisible or maybe you have lost sight of who you are because things around you are changing, I may just be the person you are looking for. I have over thirty years experience in and around the NHS so have supported many people, with many different problems in many different ways.
If you are in need of some time out and want a safe and confidential space to work things out with someone who genuinely cares then call me. Do it now because you don't want things to get so bad that they turn into a lifelong health issue. I can meet you in Bournemouth, Wimborne or Dorchester for a free of charge chat in the first instance so we can work out how best to start helping you.
