I currently work face-to-face from an office in Calne on Wednesdays.
I also offer online sessions, these appointments are more flexible.
Unfortunately I do not offer any evening or weekend appointments.
About me and my therapy practice
My qualification is in intergrative counselling, which essentially means my training involved learning and understanding multiple counselling theories and how they best help clients. Because of this I can tailor sessions to my client’s needs. What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another so I am flexible in my approach when it comes to theory and how I work in the 'room'.
Qualifications and theories aside, the main thing I want to get across is that, I am not, nor am I trying to be, an 'expert' on you or your life. I'm also not 'in charge' of what your future looks like. You are. I'm here because I know how difficult reaching out and starting this process can be and I want to help you.

Each session is 50mins long and we would see each other on a weekly bases. Same day, same time.
I have no minimum or maximum number of weeks that you are required to sign up for. Together, we will work towards an end that suits you.
My first session
If you decide you would like to know more and potentially book in with me, I can organise an initial consultation with you.
This is a free 30 mins conversation where you can get a feel for who I am/how I work and you're welcome to ask as many questions as the 30mins will allow.
It also gives me a chance to get an idea of what you are looking for from counselling sessions and from me so that I can be honest with you about what I can/can't offer and our compatibility to work together. I believe that counselling is only as good as the relationship between client and counsellor. If we're not on the same page, it's good to know that early doors!
If you are happy to continue after the initial consultation, we would then get you booked in for your first full appointment of your regular sessions.
If you are not happy to continue, that is absolutely fine. I'm not going to be the right fit for everyone, and I wish you all the best in your continued search.
