About me and my therapy practice
Finding the right therapist for you is important as the relationship between us will form the foundation of any work we do together. I am a person centered counsellor and psychotherapist offering a caring, non-judgemental and confidential service. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and will do by best to ensure you feel heard and supported as you explore whatever is troubling you and find your own way forward. You will always be at the centre of the work that we do together.
I create a safe space for us to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences and together we can help you gain a better understanding and new perspectives for positive changes to occur.
I embrace diversity and welcome enquiries from all sections of society including those who experience themselves as a minority.
I offer 1-hour sessions, usually weekly, at the same time and place. I work in a calm, bright, spacious room based in Templeton House at Glasgow Green which offers free parking, disability access and 24-hour security. It is very easy to access by road and public transport and is within walking distance from Glasgow City Centre.
I am PVG registered and work with anyone aged 5+.
