About me and my therapy practice
I offer an Integrative-Humanistic style of supervision to individuals or small groups of trainee and qualified counsellors.
I offer in-person (Kendal, Cumbria), online or telephone options.
My supervisory practice is informed by my work as an Integrative (Humanistic) therapist and experience within supervisory settings.
I usually offer 60-90 minute sessions of one-one supervision (the duration of group sessions may vary according to group needs), in line with a supervisee’s client-caseload and practicing body requirements. I can offer in-person, telephone or online options.
I regard supervision as both an opportunity to ensure that professional standards are endorsed within on-going practice, but also as an opportunity for professional growth and support through taking time to consider case-work together, alongside professional developmental needs.
I offer experience from various therapeutic roles (in adult-based settings) including university, hospice, GP, community services, first-responder rehabilitation services and charities. I have worked with a broad range of presenting issues but tend to specialise in bereavement, loss, trauma and health-related issues, using hypnotherapy, coaching and EMDR alongside my counselling work.
Please do get in touch if you would like to enquire about supervision and current availability.
