About me and my therapy practice

One to One Support

I am a professionally qualified counsellor holding accreditation with the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP) and Senior Accreditation with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I have a Degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a post-graduate (Level 7) qualification in Clinical Supervision.

There is a great deal of research evidence to show that CBT works effectively in treating various conditions.

Finding the 'right' counsellor or therapist can seem pretty daunting for many. However, I'm a great believer that the best counsellor for you is both about the experience and who you connect with. So, if you want a quick chat on the phone, then, by all means, get in touch.

Group Support

As well as my individual client work, I also regularly work in group settings. If you are interested in learning mindfulness to support your emotional and wellbeing needs, I offer a variety of training support for presentations such as anxiety, stress and depression as well as self-compassion based programmes. Take a look at our Mindfulness Page to see a selection of the group support on offer.
