About me and my therapy practice
My approach to supervision is integrative, in line with my approach as a therapist. I am experienced in supervising groups and individuals from a variety of theoretical approaches including Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Transpersonal, CBT and Integrative.
I gained a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School in 2015 and I am a qualified Counselling for Depression supervisor.
As well as private supervision, I supervise counsellors working for a not for profit organisation and as an honorary clinical teaching fellow at UCL I supervise trainee CBT psychotherapists.
My experience as a supervisor has included groups and individuals in the NHS, voluntary sector and private sector. When I was a senior therapist in the NHS I supervised counsellors and CBT psychotherapists for a number of years.
My availability for private supervision is generally limited to daytime Monday to Thursday.
