About me and my therapy practice
It may be the time in your life when you are feeling lost and confused. When your life has control over you rather then you being in control over your life. Or you may be stuck at the 'crossroads' and not sure which direction to take. Perhaps you may be looking for deeper meaning and understanding of yourself and those around you. Counselling can help to explore things you are finding difficult, to gain more understanding and deeper meaning.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, warm and explorative space. My way of working is inclusive, implementing different approaches to suit what works best for you. With intuition and empathy, I primarily focus on building an authentic therapeutic relationship, allowing the process to naturally unfold.
I offer face to face or online counselling.
My aim is for us together to explore what you finding difficult, help you to gain deeper understanding and make meaning. Deeper understanding can bring about change and allow freedom to live more fulfilling life.
My first session
The first session is an assessment session. It is 60 minutes session. I will be wanting to find out more about you, your current situation and your past. The aim of this session is for us to decide if I am a 'right fit' for you to provide you with the best support you need and for you to get a 'feel' of how I work.
