About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome! I am a qualified Child and Adolescent Therapist based in London, working with ages 3-18+ years old. I also support parents and carers one to one with understanding and managing their child's behaviour and emotions.
It is proven that early intervention can help prevent further issues developing into adulthood. I will offer a safe, calm, playful and nurturing space for children and young people to grow, feel supported and heal in non-judgemental way.
I can offer a child-led empathetic approach that draws on a variety of play and creative methods – this could be creating art, using sand tray, dance, and music, alongside talking therapy. This aligns with the fact that children and young people often express their feelings and process inner conflicts through varied ways. By being adaptable and drawing on different therapeutic methods (I work in an Integrative way), I can treat young people who may be experiencing difficult behavioural, emotional, social and psychological difficulties.
Practice description
I practice from a Therapeutic Centre called ‘HQ Therapy’ in Hackney, E8 in a very central location and easy to access via public transport. I also offer Online sessions.
The Centre is bright, child-friendly and calming. Offering facilities such as a waiting area and is disability friendly.
I offer both short and long term work face to face and online.
