About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist of well over 25 years’ experience and offer short-term focused counselling as well as longer-term developmental work. Anxiety conditions have been a specialism for some-time. I am trained in the delivery of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). The Majority of my work is either telephone or an audio-visual platform such as XOOM/TEAMS/Facetime; however I am able to offer Face-2-Face work on Fridays in excellent Consulting Rooms in Shrewsbury. Please note I do not work with children, young people or offer counselling for addictions.

My first session

I offer a 50 minute first session at no cost so a prospective client can give me a brief outline of the issues she/he would like to work with and importantly it helps both of us to decide whether we wish to continue.
