About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor offering affordable counselling to all those who feel burdened by emotional problems in their lives. I help people through a broad range of emotional issues and am available to see you 7am - 9pm Monday - Friday.
Most people experience emotional difficulties at some time in their lives. Often these can be resolved without the need to seek help. For some these difficulties may persist, with current feelings giving rise to feelings related to issues from the past. Some people may have a vague awareness of what is causing or contributing to their feelings but lack enough understanding to enable them to feel better or change.
It is in situations such as these that counselling may be able to help with a broad range of difficulties. In deciding whether counselling is appropriate for you you should be guided by your own feelings.
Counselling provides a regular time and space to explore your feelings, memories and wishes to help you understand the processes that affect your everyday thoughts and behaviours, offering you a real opportunity for relief from your difficulties.
In this way counselling may gradually bring about a greater degree of self-understanding and enable you to find more appropriate ways of being and coping with your difficulties.
