About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor working in central Cheltenham.

My role as counsellor is to actively listen to what you choose to bring to the counselling sessions and use my training to offer, when appropriate, a particular perspective or technique that can, if you choose, work towards facilitating change.

I understand that for some, choosing to see a counsellor can be a huge step. My aim is to offer a sensitive and warm approach in a confidential and non-judgemental environment, thus making that step a little easier to take.
