About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist working privately in Brighton/Hove and Online.
I have previous experience within NHS IAPT Services, Private Residential & Out Patient Addiction Services and as a University Student Counsellor.
I offer short term (12 weeks) and long term (minimum 1 year) timeframe.
Practice description
Most people who come to therapy are seeking something. Therapy can provide a space to reflect and gain a wider perspective on your life and actions. We will discuss at the initial meeting what you want to talk about, why this is important to you and how I can help.
I am trauma informed. Trauma (when not addressed) can be persistent and symptoms can be incorrectly labelled 'Personality Disorder', 'Depression' and/or 'Anxiety'. I aim to facilitate a space for reflection and healing on many levels through a weekly, one hour process. Email me for an initial meeting.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential and easy-going space to reflect and get a handle on whatever difficulty you are facing.
I work sensitively with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, questions around identity, sexuality, addiction & recovery, and life transitions. I am trauma informed.
My Integrative approach embraces an attitude that affirms the unique value of each individual. It is non-judgmental, empathic and effective.
Simply put, it is a holistic, weekly, conversational process that prioritises healing and wholeness over symptom relief.
