About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential and easy-going space to reflect and get a handle on whatever difficulty you are facing.
I work sensitively with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, questions around identity, sexuality, addiction & recovery, and life transitions.
My Integrative approach embraces an attitude that affirms the unique value of each individual. It is non-judgmental, empathic and effective in exploring emotional, behavioural, mental and physical life states.
Simply put, it is a holistic, weekly, conversational process that considers the whole person, not just their symptoms.
Practice description
Session are 50 mins in person, 60 mins online via Zoom.
I work in Covid 'secure' rooms in Hove.
I also offer walk/talk sessions weather permitting, along Brighton seafront.
