About me and my therapy practice
We are currently experiencing unprecedented and changing times. Anxiety, fear and at times despair will be present. These are appropriate feelings in times of uncertainty. First and foremost, we all need to look after ourselves, our immune systems and mitigate our own risk factors.
I can be contacted via email for an initial session via Zoom. My therapy rooms in Hove and Clapham are 'Covid-19' friendly (risk assessed as per ongoing Govt and legal guidelines). I also offer outdoor 'walk/talk' sessions in Hove, weather permitting.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, loneliness, loss, issues around relationships (self/other), life transitions and questions around identity. I am trauma informed.
My work as a Psychotherapist is informed by an Integrative approach. This means I work with the inherent value of each individual. It is a conversational, holistic and systemic process which considers the whole person, not just their symptoms. There are many different models and approaches. I am interested in finding out what works for you. This will be discussed in the initial meeting. You decide if you wish to continue from there.
I am registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and abide by their codes of practice and ethics.
While counselling is not a cure, I believe that the work that we do together can be potentially life changing.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a confidential and easy-going space to reflect and get a handle on whatever difficulty you are facing.
I work sensitively with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, questions around identity, sexuality, addiction & recovery, and life transitions.
My Integrative approach embraces an attitude that affirms the unique value of each individual. It is non-judgmental, empathic and effective in exploring emotional, behavioural, mental and physical life states.
Simply put, it is a holistic, weekly, conversational process that considers the whole person, not just their symptoms.
