About me and my therapy practice

I have graduated, trained and qualified as an Individual and Couple Psychodynamic Counsellor and Psychotherapist at Tavistock Relationships. I work as a visiting clinician and assessor at Tavistock Relationships. This therapy is based on relational psychoanalysis which emphasises the impact of our early experiences on our relationships.

The therapy can go on as long as the client would like/needs- it can be discussed and thought upon more as the sessions go on.

My work experience:

I worked from 2008-2011 as a keyworker at Home Start Organisation. My duties were outlined to support families with domestic violent and child protection issues.

The place 2Be was the next step to gain understanding and work experience as a child counsellor from 2012-2013.

And finally, I have been seeing clients at Tavistock Relationships since 2013. This period includes 450 supervised clinical hours which was required by the organisation. I have worked with a variety of clients in term of culture, gender and sexual orientation.

I am registered with BACP, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also a general member of COSRT, the professional body for psychosexual therapists.
