About me and my therapy practice
Taking the first step to explore your thoughts and feeling can be a scary one. I am aware that seeking help might not be easy. We all experience challenges and difficulties in life.
I offer a safe place to work together in an empathic, non-judgmental and confidential environment to make sense of, and work through, the issues that brought you to therapy.
I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor with over 10 years experience. Together we will find a style of working to suit your needs with the tools, strategies and techniques to achieve your desired out come.
An initial appointment is offered as soon as possible after our first contact. During that meeting we will discuss the issues that you believe are most important, and assess how we might work together.
The session will be for 50 minutes. I offer appointments weekly, however the frequency is tailored to each individual and can be discussed in the initial consultation.
