About me and my therapy practice
If you feel that you need a safe space where you can explore your life and make sense of your experience, you’re in the right place. Do you need a safe and confidential space? Maybe work is a bit too much, or you’re in a relationship that doesn’t make sense anymore, or maybe you need a renewed sense of purpose in your life. You will find here a space to explore, wonder and grow.
I offer a non-judgemental and confidential space, where any problem, issue or question are welcome. Talking through things with someone else not only offers a new perspective on things but is also healing. I draw on your unique experience to tailor your therapeutic journey.
My first session
In the first session you can expect a warm welcome and non-judgemental space. I will ask you what brings you to therapy, what you feel is relevant to our work together, and what goals you might have. There is no right or wrong answer, and nothing is off-limits, as long as you wish to talk about it.
