About me and my therapy practice
At the end of therapy, people often say to me that they didn't expect to achieve as much as they have from the sessions. For me, therapy is about us working together to achieve whatever change you want to have happen. This involves you engaging with the process, and putting into practise any actions or coping strategies that we agree would support you.
I have a wealth of experience and skills, and am very easy to talk to. I'm friendly, kind, compassionate, and focus on creating an environment where you can feel at ease, and comfortable enough to talk about whatever is troubling you. I choose to focus on working with people experiencing the particular issues listed below, as these are the ones I am an expert in.
