About me and my therapy practice
I offer an integrative approach which draws from a range of counselling theories, to suite the clients specific needs and preferences; including psychodynamic theory, CBT, systemic approaches and issues of spiritual formation. Growing in self-awareness leads to new perspectives and renewed energy.
I am a therapist because I have come to learn that many people struggle emotionally and feel alone, unheard, irrelevant, tired, worthless, unconnected, sad, anxious and fearful. They need someone to listen to them and show them they have value.
