About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist & Advanced Clinical Supervisor and a member of the British Psychological Society.

Counselling sessions are for 55 minutes via Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, Zoom or by telephone:-

£45 - Individuals online

£50 - Individuals face to face

£50 - Couple online

£60 - Couple face to face

£65 - Family Counselling

I am trained in Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamics. I specialise in Relationship and Family Counselling, Dementia and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, work-related stress and breakdowns. I also have vast experience of bereavement counselling.

I have many years experience of working with Carers/family members who care for their loved ones who are living with Dementia. When caring for a loved one, our own emotions and feelings can sometimes be forgotten. However, by having the opportunity to offload it may help to come to terms with the loss of the person they were before Dementia.

I offer individual, family and relationship counselling. I also offer family/group therapy (up to 4 people) for people who have recently been diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's and their families/friends.

I have vast experience of working with clients living with anxiety, depression, panic attacks and work-related stress. By offering open-ended Counselling sessions, this has aided my clients to build themselves up from needing a length of time off work, to continue their working life or create a new work and life journey.
