About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and BACP-accredited therapist with over ten year's clinical experience. My approach is a blend of Psychodynamic, Humanistic & Mindfulness therapies; I find this works particularly well with anxiety, depression, loss, anger & inner conflict.

Qualified Supervisor / BACP-Accredited psychotherapist offering Integrative Supervision - a psychodynamic understanding, a humanistic sensibility and it all grounded in Mindfulness. Based in Central Exeter a few minutes from the Cathedral, Exeter Central and the Bus Station. I have several years experience as a supervisor working with trainees, in charities running groups and with supervisees in private practice.
