About me and my therapy practice
I use Gestalt therapy and mind /body awareness in my practice. Gestalt techniques harness present thoughts, emotions and experience's in a safe and effective way to gain clarity and then support you to move forward and integrate positive change into your life.
I help individuals improve their interpersonal relationship's and sense of self throughout different life stages. I work with depression, anxiety, lack of motivation/direction.
I support executive's to improve emotional resilience and heal or prevent burnout.
I have a specialism of working with women's health and mothers.

Maybe you are simply seeking more helpful and satisfying ways to live and improve professional or intimate relationship's. I welcome your unique concerns and offer a warm approach backed with clinical experience. I aim to offer a safe place where you feel respected and supported as we give attention to the challenges that may be at times difficult, uncomfortable or frustrating. Together we can work towards improved hope and outcomes that may be much needed or desired.
I use a Gestalt framework interested in the whole person including the connection between the body and the mind. Encouraging the exploration of the self and your relationships, life circumstances and beliefs. Working in the present to stimulate self awareness that could help to identify root causes of dissatisfaction and offer new possibilities and options.

The first session we complete an over view of your current mental and physical health and leave space to talk through what brings you to therapy at this time and look at initial ways to support you.
