I offer a flexible set of slots over the week, either face to face or online/over the telephone, including early mornings, daytimes, evenings and weekends, to accommodate different lifestyles and commitments.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a counsellor (BACP Registered Member) and yoga teacher (British Wheel of Yoga). My approach is bespoke to each client, depending on their goals, needs and preferences.
Through my yoga training, I can offer wellbeing support through breathing awareness, simple seated stretches, meditation and relaxation techniques to complement our counselling work together and if desired.
These practices can be beneficial to many presenting issues such as stress, anxiety, or depression. They can help us to be more ‘present’ in our lives and bodies, which can be helpful when working through issues which may cause you to seek counselling.
My first sessionThere can be many reasons as to why we may wish or not wish to work with a particular counsellor and so, before we commit to working together, I first offer a 15 minute free online consultation, which is an opportunity for us to meet virtually, for you to ask any questions that you may have and also for me to understand a little more about what is bringing you to counselling at this point in time.
