About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor based in Cambridge. I am offering in-person sessions in my consulting room in Cambridge or online if more convenient.
Whether facing a crisis, an ongoing problem or feeling dissatisfied with life, psychotherapy provides a confidential and non-judgemental space in which to explore and clarify what is going on for you. For me, therapy is primarily a dialogue. I see myself as a companion working alongside you to find meaning in your experience, understand what may feel limiting in your life, and uncover new possibilities.
I believe that a therapeutic relationship built on trust, care, respect and openness is important for the work to develop in the most fruitful way.

My first session
Do email me if you would like to arrange a free 30 minutes appointment. This initial meeting offers you the opportunity to tell me about your situation and what you hope to get out of counselling. It will be also an opportunity for us to discuss any questions you may have and whether it feels right for us to work together.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and take place on a weekly basis, usually on the same day and time.
I offer therapy in English as well as in French.
